With more than 30 years of corporate leadership and personal breakthrough behind her, Michelle now empowers women to hear God's voice, overcome their battles, and step boldly into the life they were made for — a life marked by freedom, faith, and unshakeable joy.
As a certified life coach, international speaker, and mentor, she is on a mission to awaken women to faith, breakthrough, and identity, empowering women to live the story God wrote for them.

God has stirred our hearts to serve Him in a unique way, by weaving together our collective stories, strengths, and passions to encourage women everywhere to live with courage, joy, and unshakable faith.
What began as simple friendship has grown into a shared mission: to create spaces where women encounter Jesus in real and refreshing ways, and are reminded that their story, with all the twists and turns, is one worth living.
We are driven by the belief that the world needs more women who are empowered to lead joyful, God-honoring lives that impact their communities.
Co-founders Michelle and Amy created Echo Joy Collective in partnership with God to invite women to become who He is calling us to be and unite together to change our world.

Amy is a speaker, author, and board-certified life coach. With a background in counseling and over a decade of church leadership experience, Amy is passionate about helping women break through spiritual and personal barriers. Through her relatable storytelling and honest messages, she invites women to encounter Jesus in fresh, life-changing ways.
Known for her warmth, humor, and deep understanding of women's struggles, Amy connects with audiences in a way that makes them feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Whether through writing, coaching, or speaking, she inspires women to rediscover their faith, embrace their God-given identity, and find that wholeness and Jesus are within reach.
