Healthy rhythms shape us more into the image of Jesus as they build resilience and generate joy! Join us for a deep dive into the rhythm of Connect, as we explore our relationships with God and others.

Together, we will:

• discover simple habits that give us the enriched connection with God that we long for. 

• develop an appreciation for the value of Godly relationships with others.

• recognize toxic relational patterns and how to address them.

• explore paths that spark and/or deepen significant friendships and relationships.
